Basically part of what I'm saying is that we need to ingrain the
notion that short-cycle code review and regular deployments are a
critical responsibility of our tech dept, and that this means that
certain people (e.g. Brion, Tim, me) will simply have to spend 1/5,
1/4 or even 1/3 or whatever on reviewing and deploying code in
general, and that this means they're that much less available for
project work or whatever else is competing for their time.
