The page

reflect all newest developments.
Best available EnotifWiki version is 3.28 , but only for the
(deprecated) MediaWiki 1.5alpha1 (current version is alpha2 ).
I'll soon try to migrate to alpha2 or better to CVS again, sorry for
that delay since May.
