No. I was discussing this particular idea, which
would not remotely
scale to 10 or 20 intersections. Fulltext search might. It remains
to be seen: someone has to write up a working implementation that's
integrated in the software and try enabling it on Wikipedia.
Fulltext search updated every 24 hours might be very workable for a
Commons tagging system.
I wonder what a test implementation would look like.
