The new [[m:Developer]] page talk about people initially contributing
patches here on the mailing list and only after some time being given
CVA access.
I don't consider myself up-to-speed enough in PHP to contribute actual
code, but I would like to help in documenting what's there.
What would be an appropriate forum for posting proposed comments?
