Again, personally I don't like magic symbols. Distinctive keywords
are much better for grepping/Googling/etc.
NB:I'd prefer <substituteonly> and
<nosubstitute>, spelled out like include.
Since the existing keyword is "subst:" and not "substitute:", I think
<nosubst> would be better.
