I wouldn't think any of those other than perhaps "media.wiki" would implicate a WMF trademark. As far as MediaWiki, WMF does claim a trademark on that.

Addshore That is a tough one, since most project names /start/ with "wiki". "pedia.wiki" just sounds awkward, as do many others.
