enables them to target more effectively. Only email and first and

Sure, that'd be interesting for just about every site on the Internet
that asks for an email address. I don't see why it's particularly
interesting in this case, other than that they are a widely recognized
awards-giving body that purports to give awards for "Best Practices".
If they violated their own privacy policy, I guess that'd be a huge
scandal. But, I see no particular reason to expect it.
