I've put in quite a bit of work to translate through MediaWiki: pages
as the LanguageXx.php files were not updated very often, and if
something was wrong, it could take a while. There is no way I'm going
to retranslate or backport all that by hand, and I have a feeling many
other languages may be like that. If someone wants those translations,
they may be better off taking a dump of the MediaWiki: namespace, or
writing a script that makes a .php out of them.
