Ok, I've run this: all uppercase pages in the main entry namespace have
been renamed to lowercase.
There's still some cleanup work to do -- obviously not all of that
_should_ be lowercase (though most of it should!). I'll want a list of
prefixes and such for any additional mass corrections that need doing.
Also, I'm running a links refresh in the background to fix up the links
tables. Whatlinkshere and similar may give bogus results temporarily.
