For the wikitechers, WikipediaFS virtually mounts the Wikipedia website so
you can view and edit Wikipedia articles as if they were real files.
This is really awesome. Is there any chance you could change the name of the
project, though? Wikipedia is a trademark, and your project can do a lot
more than hook into just Wikipedia.

Heh. I do wonder what would happen.

Hey there,
Could anyone let me know which SQL patches are applied from version
1.9.3 to 1.10? My current setup requires I run the patches through
phpmyadmin.
Thanks,
Chris
Hi folks,
As I mentioned a week or two ago, I am trying to model historical
article view rates of English Wikipedia. One of the sources of data for
this is:
http://stats.wikimedia.org/EN/TablesUsagePageRequest.htm
I was wondering what the specific definition of "page request" is in
this context, in a way that I can replicate the count on current data
using the sampled access logs that I have.
The "definition" link on the above says that a page is a URL "... that
would be considered the actual page being requested, and not all of the
individual items that make it up (such as graphics and audio clips).
Some people call this metric page views or page impressions, and
defaults to any URL that has an extension of .htm, .html or .cgi." This
seems incongruent with the URLs used at Wikipedia.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if you have
any questions.
Reid
The oversight-l list is for zapping personally dangerous information
from en:wp. This means the list needs to be wide-open and unfiltered
for quick response.
That said, the spam levels are going up ... Would it at least be
feasible to discard any email with the word "anatrim" or with an
attachment? Please?
