Hi all,
I just "discovered" that the syntax for page transclusion isn't
limited to calling template namespace with plain {{title}} syntax, and
other namespaces with {{:ns:title}} syntax. If a sub page (that is;
"title/sub") is referenced, with only a leading slash, also that
works, even if omitting the colon, like so :
{{/menu|params}}
if the page title is Title, that means that there sub page
"title/menu" can be called without the leading colon, which I would
have expected.
This seems like an exception to the basic rule. Are there more
expections to the transclusion rules than this? (I'm working on a
script to expand templates so I really would like to know...).
