If you haven't done yet, please reply to the AffCom questions here: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Talk:Wikisource_User_Group#New_AffCom_questi...
And, more important, check and improve the WS community poll here: https://wikisource.org/wiki/Wikisource_vision_development/Open_community_pol... and discussion here: https://wikisource.org/wiki/Talk:Wikisource_vision_development/Open_communit... Next week we should make it a proper survey and deliver.
My goal is for Wikisource *editors* to reply, but I will be happy for all users and wikiMedians to join. The more answers, the better. I would suggest you to ask your community for the use of the Sitenotice.

Thanks much! I garbled the URL and thank you for fixing it. We could use more explicit supporters. I am optimistic anyway that the WMF will support this. -- peter

Thanks Econterms. The right link is:

I just subscribed myself. That could be a great project to fall under the umbrella of the
Wikisource
User Group. (BTW, you all got a message in your Meta talk page).

I proposed a track or conference in North America for Wikisource
training
and discussion. Would welcome support or other feedback here:

That page is at an "IdeaLab" space for blue-sky proposals. If people agree on the idea it will be feasible to apply for funding from WMF for travel, etc. -- econterms (peter)

Thank Erasmo. Would you please copy and paste your answers here ?

If the group cannot come up with a joint reply, it's OK I think to
answer
personally, one by one.

My answers:
Q: Currently you are using an individual engagement grant, what about
the
future when the grant has finished or spent? How you will fund your UG? A: The UG does not need funding per se. As explained in the
"Transforming
words into action" section of the UG page, only some projects will
require
monetary support. When money is needed, grants can be used.
Q: I want to know if you are thinking in future. Are you thinking in a kind of organization for your UG like a proposal of Board, structure or membership requirements for WS UG? A: Not yet. Personally, the UG will be primarily a means for
discussion.
Wikisource language communities should interact more. If organization is needed, I propose the election of three or four leaders. If membership requirements are needed, I propose the following ones. "You can join the UG if you have made 15+ (fifteen or more)
edits to
Wikisource _and_ your first one dates back to 5+ (five or more) days
ago."
Q: Until now Aubrey and Micru are the most active in the UG, what about the rest of supporters? Are they really involved? Are there real-life activities to involve them? Have any plan for a future face-to-face
meeting?
A: You can find me online, though I could not currently take part in
any
real-life activity or meeting. Discussions are among my favorite
activities.
I'd sometimes like more radical decisions instead of having legacy
around.
"Don't be afraid of innovations" could/will be one of the UG's
principles.
