We have restored in plwikisource the old, fast, light and efficient toolbar as a gadget: https://imgur.com/a/DFVhaeu It fundamentally has the same functionality as the just removed build-in version (only the CodMirror icon is missing; but nobody in pl.ws seems to use this tool).
