In it.source, two are the main conditions: * the books must have been published * the license must be PD or CC-BY-SA/GFDL
Then is OK. I think you can have it on ml.source :-) Goo job!

http://wikisource.org/wiki/Wikisource:Subdomain_coordination lacks info about this (which should be fixed), but policies vary among Wikisources. For instance, it.source avoids discussions about notability by allowing only works (and editions) already published by a "traditional publisher" elsewhere; en.source is less restrictive.
