Thank you everyone who was able to join the conversation yesterday. Here is a brief summary of the conversation:
- New phabricator ticket (T304303 https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T304303) created, regarding removing VisualEditor support from ProofreadPage. (This will help with a number of outstanding bugs, and doesn't mean we don't want to support VE one day!).
- Satdeep to reach out to Andre Klapper to learn more about All-and-every-wikisource workboard and to possibly rename it to just Wikisource. It might also be better to move Wikisource-specific projects (such as WS Export and ProofreadPage) to be subprojects of the main Wikisource one, so it's possible to view all Wikisource tasks at once.
- It was suggested that header and footer boxes be removed from the ProofreadPage and including them within the text with "noinclude" tags might resolve some issues around find and replace and VisualEditor.
- An idea was raised to get all Wikisource developers working together on a common task or tool, so that we can get to know each other more and also get the work done faster.
