I'd like to stress that it's important to get in touch with your Wikimedia Chapter, many European ones are provinding scholarships for the conference. If they are not, get in touch with Wikimedia Austria (so, reply to Claudia).
Also, make sure this information has been properly spread in your language Wikisource: we would like to have many experienced Wikisource editors at the conference, it's an important moment for our community.

Dear all,
a friendly reminder of the registration deadline for the Wikisource Conference - *scholarship and visa applicants must register until tomorrow *

Dear all,
registration http://goo.gl/forms/K5SFPHNkWPfor the international Wikisource Conference in Vienna is now open until * October 13, 2015*. As our PEG proposal was successful, we will be able to offer some scholarships to increase diversity among participants in terms of language and geography.
The registration process also entails the scholarship application for those participants who are not funded by a Wikimedia affiliate or other organization. We encourage especially visa applicants to register and get in touch with the team from WMAT soon.
We are looking forward to seeing some of you in Vienna soon!
