While I completely agree with your opinion that dual language is good, I have never seen a certificate that is printed on both sides. Do you suggest that we give two separate certificates or just write english and gujarati both in same certi?
The rest of suggestions are great, I will work on them tonight and share with you tomorrow!

I would propose to have bi-lingual certificate with both languages on the front page. Of-course typography can also be better.

I agree With Maharshi Completely.
Certifiacte should not be back to back. and for one competion two certificate can not be given.
Top half to be in gujarati and bottom half can be in English.
