The Trust and Safety Team https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Trust_and_Safety is looking for a full-time Trust and Safety Specialist with native command of a major Dravidian or Indic language and working fluency in English. The Specialist will help protect and empower people involved in or impacted by the Wikimedia movement by investigating and responding to threats to the safety of the Wikimedia projects. The Specialist will seek to enhance community health and facilitate the work of our community of international volunteers. The Movement Strategy Team https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Strategy/Wikimedia_movement/2018-20/People is looking for a part-time Strategy Liaison from the Hindi community. The Liaison should have working fluency in English. He or she will help communities participate in the strategy process by coordinating, facilitating, encouraging, summarizing, and translating, among other responsibilities. The position is 20 hours/week, and lasts from February 2019 through December 2019 with the possibility of extension.
