Looking at the discussion, it seems they are using the wrong notability guideline, the first one, WP:COMPANY, which would be used for restaurants or garage bands, instead of WP:NONPROFIT https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Notability_%28organizations_and_companies%29#Non-commercial_organizations, further down the page. The page is rather confusing in the way it is organized, but I don't see any other category that could be used for political parties or organizations in the public interest.

According to WP:NONPROFIT:

Organizations are usually notable if they meet *both* of the following standards:

- The scope of their activities is national or international in scale - The organization has received significant coverage in multiple reliable sources that are independent of the organization.

So I have compiled a list of the Farsi-language sources at https://neotarf.wordpress.com/2017/06/29/sources-for-pakistan-women-muslim-l...

A total of 12 newspapers have published articles about Pakistan Women Muslim League, including an interview with the founder. There are 11 articles from Peshawar (local) sources, 2 from unidentified sources, and 3 articles from sources from the capital in Islamabad, showing national scope, as does the fact that the party is registered nationally.

If there is not a consensus for an article, perhaps the information could be added to another article, I see there is https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_political_parties_in_Pakistan#Minor_or... although I suppose you would have to nominate all the other small parties for deletion as well, or incorporate them into the list.

I really have to wonder if this is a good use of our time. While I appreciate Ryan's efforts in bringing this issue here, it took me literally hours to identify these articles to establish notability, on a topic that should already be obviously notable. Shouldn't anyone be able to go to Wikipedia to find information about another country's political system.

On a similar note, I see The Womanity Foundation https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Womanity_Foundation nominated for deletion and the person who started the article referred to as "an SPA". Welcome to Wikipedia. A quick google shows a huge number of reliable sources. https://www.google.com/search?q=The+Womanity+Foundation&ie=utf-8&oe=... Aren't they supposed to check that before they nominate it for deletion? Can the new community culture group help with that?

Hi There, I happen to live in Geneva and coukd provide photos for the Womanity Foundation. I know somebody working there.

I am also interested in translating the article in French. Will do, shortly.

Thanks for the notice. We experiment article deletion quite often too on the French wki, but have bern able to discuss within the project les sans pages and help people with such issues, although we also have been accused of voting together and therefore influencing results. We have developped - I think - a nice atmosphere on this project and we are not tackling women bios only.

On the other hand, one of our group was at last able to translate "LGBT history in Switzerland" in Italian, but it was first not possible because of the use of "explicit language" (the reason given for not publishing the translation). This was an automatic response that Edeosenfed received when he pushed the publish button after finishing hus translation in Italian. We tried to add more infornation on lesbian women in the article, but adding info on trans women history (and trans men) was a challenge and still is : it was hard to find sources of the historical context. We still have to work on that.

The explicit language filter may be quite widespread, it is one of the edit filters in English and a fairly obvious filter for any language that has encountered vandalism. Depending on how the filter has been set up it will of course apply to different words in each language. But if you are doing outreach and people may be writing in one of those areas where "rude words" are needed, you might want to warn them that until they have done ten edits and had an account for four days the Wikipedia computers will assume that if they use a rude word they are a vandal. Usually they are right, so this filter isn't going to be removed.
