1. This year, per request from WMF, only 13 countries will be allowed to request funding to participate with local events. That list covers any country which has already participated to WLAf at least once. Moreover, amongst those 13 countries, some will be covered by the WLAf Project Grant in the same way than in 2014-2015-2016, whilst some will have to request a Rapid Grant to WMF.
This is the list of countries who should ask a Rapid Grant if they want to join in

1. Pour le Cameroun, tu devras faire une demande de Rapid Grant à la WMF pour avoir les fonds nécessaires aux évènements. C'est toi qui choisit toujours ce que tu veux organiser, qui budgète, puis tu fais une demande (similaire à celle de WLW). C'est la WMF qui t'envoie directement les fonds et c'est auprès de la WMF que tu rend compte de l'usage des fonds (comme ta demande récente pour WLW).
On est là pour te soutenir si tu en as besoin (relecture etc.) mais on ne doit explicitement pas le faire à votre place
2. La WMF souhaite que l'an prochain, le concours soit organisé bénévolement. Elle nous demande donc de faire en sorte que cette année, il y ait éventuellement documentation des processus (c'est déjà assez largement fait...), et surtout implication de plus de personnes au niveau de l'organisation.
C'est la raison pour laquelle les processus financiers sont orientés vers des rapid grants. Pour la com globale, beaucoup d'éléments sont déjà en place. Pour le site notice, on va affiner au maximum cette année pour que ca "coule de source" l'an prochain. Le jury... il semble qu'on ait enfin trouvé un outil fonctionnel ! (ouf). Cette année, il faut vraiment qu'on travaille sur le plan technique, pour la catégorisation des images (tu te souviens, l'an dernier... ça avait été rock'n'roll). Et mettre en place un système automatique de bienvenue et de remerciement aux donateurs.
Pour les aspects de reporting and co... nous ne savons pas du tout comment cela va se passer (doit être discuté avec WMF cet été)
Et puis on va essayer d'organiser des évènements post concours pour favoriser la description, catégorisation et surtout utilisation des images. Ca reste à ... imaginer.
