Hello Aflia (I would prefer a real name or a username... but well)
I would like to point out that Wikimedia France recently published the WikiData MOOC. See the announcement here : https://www.wikimedia.fr/les-inscriptions-au-mooc-wikidata-sont-ouvertes/
Registration, programme etc. are available on the training platform : https://formations.wikimedia.fr/courses/course-v1:WikimediaFrance+MWd-1+2022... https://formations.wikimedia.fr/courses/course-v1:WikimediaFrance+MWd-1+2022/about This is not an old outdated mooc. It is top of the notch. Months (if not years) of development to come to it.
So I am not saying that a Wikidata facilitator is not needed (it IS certainly needed).
But it looks like it may not be necessary to spend several months translating modules and learning materials into French, when there is a super super recent Mooc dedicated to just be that. It would look a lot like reinventing the wheel to me.
Best
Florence
PS: amongst the creators of the MOOC is Georges Fodouop, French speaking, who is likely to be on this list,
