No we do not. But to be fair... I think that should not be a big problem. I can not say for en.wikipedia but fr.wikipedia, my strategy would be to go to previous jury members of WikiConcours and to ask them whether they would agree to do that.
I know they are seasoned wikipedians, I know they are willing to be judges and I know no one hugely complained when they volunteered to do it. Good to me.
