Really sorry about this. This was accidentally caused by our work on the

work, and wasn't meant to disrupt existing tools.
We spotted the issue in QA and fixed it earlier this week, but
unfortunately it missed the "train" of deploys for this week by an hour or
so (patch <https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/340349/>).
The team are now doing an emergency deploy of the code to the train
<https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/340781/>, which should be fixed in a
few minutes' time.
I've filed T159466 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T159466> for this
issue in case there are any other issues; following-up there would probably
be fastest.
