Jenkins jobs configuration is handled in the integration/config.git
repository:
git clone ssh://gerrit.wikimedia.org:29418/integration/config.git
You will need to edit two files:
jjb/mediawiki-skins.yaml
zuul/layout.yaml
As an example, have a look at how the Bouquet skin added jobs:
https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/170447/
Commit and push to Gerrit, I will review and deploy it sometime today ;)
