Yes because people who use Mediawiki think they are using the latest. But in fact they are
using an unsupported version that has security issues. By integrating an updater it would
be a lot easer for people to upgrade and we could include an in wiki upgraded for people
that have access to shell if that is what needed or there own servers. It would be really
useful.
