For https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Requests_for_comment/HTML_templating_library/..., Matt Walker is going to port the JavaScript intermediate representation compiler/runtime to PHP, and answer Niklas's questions about ResourceLoader integration.
As for packaging in https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Requests_for_comment/Services_and_narrow_inte..., we agreed that we should have a public repo that's easy to add to a Debian or Ubuntu system, so it would be great if Gabriel, Subbu, and/or Faidon would add notes to that RFC's talk page and proceed accordingly. :)

It certainly overstates my expectations a bit.
As mentioned yesterday, I could imagine discussing packaging and distribution. It would be great if Faidon was present, and I asked him if he has time. He was busy though, so I don't know definitely if he'll be there. (This is the bit that Sumana billed as SOA.)
HTML templating is now fairly far along, and I'd like to get feedback on the next steps. Matt & me will post to the list about that today.
