Unfortunately, removing the blocks to test those assumptions could
generate a lot more work for our already overworked vandalism
fighters, so I would be hesitant to even test it. But if someone has a
wiki, and wants to setup torblock with an abusefilter rule to tag
edits from tor nodes, and measure the spam/ham ratios, I would be
interested in the results.
