I guess at some point I can start thinking about taking a list of those
extensions which are in SVN but not in Git, check if they have a
Bugzilla component, and somehow mark their open bug reports them as
"Extension is likely unmaintained, do not expect any fixes".
(Or I wait for our Community Metrics to get more awesome.)
On a related note I wonder if we have any process or recommendation in
place for users who are interested in continuing code development of an
extension, but previous extension maintainer(s) did not reply to any
emails asking for passing maintainership.
I probably get off-topic by this.
