I fully support that separation, and I guess we can start moving the Wikimedia projects pages to wikitech. Example candidates: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Category:WMF_Projects
Do we have templates yet for marking stuff to be moved MW => Wikitech and vice versa?
