The Sitelinks discussion you have started has indeed not received
answers as fat as I can tell. I suggest that this might be due to it
being currently a sub-part of the sites management topic. I would
suggest that this gets started in its own RFC, what do you think?
I fully agree, especially since the new sites stuff does not immediately replace
the old interwiki table. It will at some point, I hope, but the current proposal
does not cover this.
