All repositories that were pending creation on either[0] list[0] have been created. If you were waiting for a repository, please check out those lists to make sure I got you :)
My sincere apologies to anyone who has been waiting. Between the Gerrit downtime and travelling, I had been letting new repo creation fall behind.
