Hello,
When you prepare your talk, keep in mind FOSDEM follows two objectives:
* get the opportunity for the open source community to meet
* outreach - attract new developers (and geeks) interested by your talk
At the BSD devroom, 1/3 of the public are NetBSD and FreeBSD
contributors, 2/3 members external to these communities.
If you've questions or inquiries about FOSDEM, I will be happy to
assist you ; as a former FOSDEM organization volunteer, I know pretty
well the topic.

Support subsidies:

I encourage you to submit a talk, to the main conference or the
devrooms, about MediaWiki, your work on bots, legal/licensing issues,
mobile, our use of MySQL or PHP, or other relevant topics. I can help
you develop a talk proposal. Deadlines are coming up in December.
