I just upgraded the extensions I maintain
* RSS (render feeds on a wiki page)
* WikiArticleFeeds (generate RSS feeds from Wiki pages)
* EtherpadLite (you should know that)
* AJAXPoll (a very simple and ultra-responsive poll I like very much...)
with that feature(*).
