As we wrap up the 1.19 development cycle, we need to make sure that those bugs marked as 1.19 deployment blockers are being resolved. There is a surprisingly large number of them. If you've felt like your hands tied during the code slush of the past couple of weeks, maybe one of these bugs will spark your interest.

I'd like to have all of these bugs either removed from the block or assigned a developer to work on them. Please feel free to dive in before the triage meeting.
