There was loads of discussion, over sixty posts to the thread. I also made a point of asking Brion (then the lead developer) for approval before switching it on.
Obviously i retract my comment about the lack of disucssion, As a non developer and not noticing anything recently had happened, I had to fail to consider the fact that it might of been that long ago so I didn't think to search for it.
