Is there a standard for using IPv6 inside X-Forwarded-For headers?
There is no standard for X-Forwarded-For at all.
I would think you'd need a new header altogether.
Since there's nothing to say what can and can't be put in an XFF header, the existing header works fine:
X-Forwarded-For: 2a01:348:56:0:214:4fff:fe4a:ae17, 77.75.105.169
(That would be for an request from an IPv6 client, through two proxies, the first of which connected to the second via IPv4.)
