The hard part would be when you turn the dev branch into the production branch.
Didn't MediaWiki have this problem before, which led to adopting the
idea of trunk being live? Although obviously that's fallen by the
wayside. It seems to be completing a cycle. Is there a sweet spot on
this cycle, or is it better being a cycle?
