It went live days ago. Perhaps it's not working correctly, or perhaps you're seeing some other problem.
Try loading http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WP:RD/S, in lynx. When I do it just now, I get a version dated 16:15, on January 25.
I have no idea why stale pages are more prevalent in lynx, but they really do appear to be.
