I'll be there. Nice idea, Brion.
Some of the projects have very large devrooms[1]. Maybe we can contact one of them about the possibility of sharing? Unfortunately calls for devrooms and stands have been closed since the beginning of November... Guess we should start this in 6 months again to be in time for FOSDEM 2009 :).
There may be some interesting talks for MediaWiki developers at FOSDEM like: * "How a large scale opensource project works" by Robert Watson * "Unicoding With PHP 6" by Andrei Zmievski * "Mozilla Prism" by Mark Finkle * and of course some 200+ other possibly interesting talks
The venue is huge and there should be plenty of room to go and sit somewhere, even though we have no reserved room. I know one of the organisers from the *BSD scene and could check what can be done in case we would have more concrete plans... I for one could have a chat about how we organise localisation for MediaWiki.
Cheers! Siebrand

Is anyone interested in a Wikimedia / MediaWiki / whatever meet at the FOSDEM conf in Brussels? (23-24 February 2008)
May be a little late to get people organized that aren't already planning to go, but I imagine some interested parties are already going and it might be nice to try to arrange something.
