Od: Simetrical Simetrical+wikilist@gmail.com It should be possible by floating the h2 left, but I see no problem semantically with having the edit link follow the header. It makes sense when read either way.
Floating of header and/or editlink is what we should avoid otherwise we'll get the same problems just on the other side of page... ;-)
Regarding the order: As I mentioned before - the order editlink-header-paragraph is better from logical and practical point of view.
Besides we're mixing two approaches a bit at the moment I think - the code and the visual rendering. What I was trying to do, was completely independent chunk of code which solved tree things (which are tightly connected) at once. Positioning is next step of course, but it definitely should not be the first one.
Lot of people were mentioning that they don't like German way because of not having the editlink always on the same place - my proposal solves that - it doesn't necessary have to put the editlink above the header, it can put it just in front of it. That's exactly the advantage of that solution - editlink is completely independent on header, therefore can be positioned almost everywhere. And without any big changes to the current CSS, since it does not change the behavior of headers etc.
Kind regards
