Sorry if this is off topic, since Wikipedia is already doing
UTF-8. I have a couple of other projects in Latin-1 that need to
be converted to UTF-8. Is the time ripe? It seems that Perl 5.8
and MySQL 5 have far better Unicode support than earlier versions.
But is it still a bit early? I'm sending my mail in UTF-8 with
Pine 4.64, and I know some people have problems with this.
