I tested on a HP620LX (yeah, it's outdated - CE 2.0 and some ancient
version of IE); Wikipedia can be used there even with normal stylesheet.
Allow me to suggest that anecdotal field reports be places on the talk
page of that page? (Actually, somewhere on WP that everyone's already
got an account would be a lighter-weight solution, if not as clean...)
