Hi,
If you are the owner of the Wiki, or if you are able to contact the

A small observation is that security through Javascript is a bad
solution as
this will likely break if Javascript is turned off. The indicated

works (I have used it on my server) and is sure to work no matter
what

the user uses.
I don't understand the relevance? He's not saying he wants to disable

edit while logged out.
Oops, looks like a misunderstood the issue in that case. One simple
solution
could be to ensure that his logged in skin is not the same as his
standard
skin. While this won't prevent him from editing while logged out, it
should
be a big enough visual clue.
