You are correct, sorry didn't read it properly. Only the lang links
are included. At some point we might have to either add a flag to the
langlinks table
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Langlinks_table to
specify langlinks vs embedded interwikies, or add a new table with
similar layout.
