Hi, I would like to transclude ((User:Kungfuadam/Status}} onto another Wiki. I used the format {{:en:User:Kungfuadam/Status}}. Apparently the media wiki software doesn't allow cross-project transclusions, but this would be a nice feature.

It could both be a nice feature and a nightmare. It has appeared several times before. Good for this kind of things, and even transcluding your whole user page, for babel templates... Horrible if you downloaded the wikipedia database only to find that you also need the polish one and the urdu?! Images can be easily excepted, as they're another media type. A full transcluding to any article can be a nightmare. And what to do if a vandalism is being transcluded from another wiki? You can only remove the including. Do you need to go to the foreign wiki searching for an admin?
