For application development and template design. Please note that there are
different "layers" of working with a wiki. Neither all registered users are
developers nor are they providing patches.
On the other side you will find a lot of functionality not available today when
you reach 20,000, 50,000, 70,000 edits in a wiki work on categorization or
"travel" trough hundereds of wikies.
You will see what is efficient and what not, how fast you can implement changes
in a growing wiki, find information, restructure it etc. Contributors are
working in different areas, have different preferences, working methods and
complementary goals.
