No, if I modify the WIKI, no one has to see it. If I want to distribute it, I
have to give rights to modify it further etc.
But I can modify and keep it for myself so yes, GPL does allow me to keep my
modified code to myself only.
Untrustworthy admin etc.- if that happens yes, he'll have access to everyone's
IP's. That can happen in any situation, even non-wiki, so.. that danger is
always there in whatever we do.
