What does "use the tag anywhere in the page " mean?
There are 3 *different* ways to position the element, and "anywhere in the
page" is the one involving modifying the template of the page itself. Don't
use that if you are not familiar with templates, etc. on_top_hack should be
good enough if you like the way I set it on my page.
