We have problems with edit conflicts too. I opened two sections of

the first
<http://it.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Sondaggi&diff=450468&oldid=450467>
then in the second
<http://it.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Sondaggi&diff=450469&oldid=450468>.
First edit was overwritten but I didn't get an edit conflict.
