I agree totally with Brion on both points.
A bootable linux+Wikipedia that just comes up as a 'kiosk', i.e. it's
an instant "appliance" that could be placed in a library or school
with extremely limited financial/hardware/skill resources would be
excellent.
But also, having the data easily accessible from existing OS as well
is extremely important.
It'd be neat to do both on 1 CD, but if they are too far different
from each other, it'd be fine to have these be different "products".
